Pomegranate Salad

I will start with salad dressing so that you can use it for the final stage of pomegranate salad or any other salad. It will increase taste for you. Squeeze Juice One lemon in bowl. Add 3 tablespoon of Olive Oil on it.Again Add 2 tbsp of honey on it.Add freshly crushed pepper in the bowl. Finally Mix Everything your salad dressing item is ready now.


Ingredients


Carrot -  2 Nos

Cucumber -

Pomegranate - 1 Cup

Green Gram Sprouts - 1 Cup

Chopped Cucumber - 1 Cup

Grated Carrot - 1 Cup

Lemon - 1

Olive Oil - 3 tspn

Honey - 2 tbsp

Salt - 1 tbsp

Pepper -  1 tbsp

 

Cut the carrot in small pieces using a multi purpose grater and cutter.Next take one large cucumber and remove the skin of it. Chop the cucumber in small pieces and  remove the seeds.

Take one big bowl and put 1 cup of pomegranate ,1 cup of chopped cucumber , 1 cup of fresh grated carrot , 1 cup of chopped cucumber , 1 cup of fresh grated carrots and 1 cup of grated green gram sprouts.Finally Add salad dressing and mix well in the bowl. You can start serving in the evening time.




Pomegranate Chutney

Pomegranate Chutney is a good breakfast side dish for bread.To make Pomegranate Chutney you need to use the following ingredients 


Ingredients

Cumin seeds         - ½ tbsp

Garlic                     - 4 nos

Pomegranate         - 1 cup

Red chilly powder  - ½ tbsp

Oil                          - 2  tbsp

Mustard seeds       - ½ tbsp

Curry leaves          - 1 spring


Dry roast cumin seeds in a cleaned pan.Crush garlic cloves, roasted cumin with pestle in Mixie and keep aside.Take a big bowl, add pomegranate, crushed cumin and garlic mixture, salt, red chilly powder and mix nicely.Now Pomegranate Mixture is ready.For tempering: Heat good oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and saute it well, later add to pomegranate mixture and mix it.Finally , pomegranate chutney is ready to serve minimum 4 people breakfast.



Pomegranate Pudding

Pomegranate Pudding is a good sweet recipe for different festival occasions. To make Pomegranate pudding , you need to get following ingredients


Ingredients


Pomegranate Seeds - 2 Cups

Water - ¼ Cup

Corn flour- 2 tbsp

Sugar - 3 tbsp

Butter - 1 tbsp


Take around 2 cups of pomegranate seeds and try grinding without water. If you need water you can add 1/4 cup of water.Add 2 tbsp of Corn flour , 2 to 3 tbsp of Sugar in the bowl. Now you have to filter the grinded pomegranate in that bowl and Mix it well. Transfer to Pan and Stir continuously.After a few minutes you need to add 1 tbsp of butter. Stir well  unitll it comes creamy. You can switch off the stove transfer mixture into the small shaped bowl as i shown in the video.Add few pomegranate toppings for good looking. 

 


Pomegranate Halwa

Ingredients 


For Sugar Syrup :

Sugar -  4 Cup

Water - 1 1/2 Cup

Lemon juice - 2 tsp


Corn flour - 1 Cup

Pomegranate juice - 1 Cup

Water - 2 Cup

Red Food color - 2 drop

Cashewnuts 10 nos

Almonds - 10 nos

Ghee -3 tbsp


Add 4 Cups of Sugar  , 1/2/ Cup of Water , 2 tbsp of Lemon Juice and Stir it Well in the Cooker.Start boiling in your stove. To check the consistency , drop some sugar syrup in cold water , if it's completely together , it is ready.Now keep aside your sugar syrup.Take a Pan and Add 1 tbsp of Ghee , 1/4 cups of Almonds and Cashew Nuts and roast it until golden colour . Now roasted nuts are ready Transfer to separate small bowl.Take a Small Cooker Add 1 Cup of Corn flour , 1 Cup of Pomegranate Juice , 2 Cups of Water and Give Good Mix. Now put your cooker on the fire and stir continuously . After a few minutes reduce the flame of the stove as low and stir well until it starts to thicken. While you are stirring , add sugar syrup little by little .   After 15 minutes , Add 3 table spoon of Ghee and stir in the existing mixture in cooker. Now cook on low flame 45-50 minutes . After 45 minutes add your roasted nuts and mix it well.Now you can turn off the flame . Take Empty glass bowl , apply oil or ghee and spread it well inside the bowl. Now you can transfer the mixture from cooker to glass bowl. Set it for overnight to get thickness.On Next day , your halwa is ready to take out from the bowl.Use knife to cut desired shapes and serve to your family members on festival time.


Pomegranate Burfi

Ingredients


Coconut grated         - 1 cup 

Sugar                        - 1 cup 

Cardamom powder   - 1/2 tsp 

Coconut oil                - 2 tbsp 

Pomegranate juice    - 2 tbsp 


Take the Pan and place it on your induction stove.Turn on Heat a pan, add grated coconut, sugar, cardamom powder, coconut oil and mix well. After few minutes of mixing add little water to it, mix well and let it boil for 5 minutes.When it starts boiling in your pan , add pomegranate juice on it and mix well.Mix energetically until it froths on top of your mixture in the pan.Now Switch off stove and pour it immediately onto the pan . Now make slices of mixture as your expected shape and let it cool down completely before you can remove the sliced pieces. Finally, your Pomegranate Burfi is ready to serve to your family members.
